This Privacy Policy explains how Dance of the Space Invaders ("the App") handles information when you use it. In short: the App does not ask you for personal information and has no accounts. The free version shows ads served by Google, and an optional one-time purchase removes them.

1. Information we do not collect

The App does not collect, store on our servers, or transmit to us any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contact list, photos or precise location. No account or sign-in is required. We run no servers for the App, and we do not use analytics or crash-reporting services of our own.

2. Information stored on your device

The App saves a few settings in your device's local storage (Android SharedPreferences) so they are still there next time you play. This information never leaves your device and is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it:

your high score;
your volume, sound on/off and audio-latency calibration settings;
whether you have bought "Remove ads".

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the App shows full-screen (interstitial) ads provided by Google AdMob, after a boss is defeated and after a game ends. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the App may collect and use information from your device, including:

your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID);
your IP address and the approximate location (country/region) derived from it;
device and operating-system information, such as model and version;
how you interact with ads, and diagnostics about how the ads perform.

This information is collected and processed by Google, under Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services. Totumsoft does not receive this data and does not sell it.

Your choices about ads

Consent (EEA, UK and some other regions): where the law requires it, the App asks for your choice using Google's consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) when you first open it. You can change your choice at any time under Settings → PRIVACY OPTIONS in the App, which appears wherever the law requires it.
Personalised ads: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ads personalisation, in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, wording varies by device).
No ads at all: buy "Remove ads" (see below).

4. In-app purchase

The App offers one optional, one-time purchase, "Remove ads", processed entirely by Google Play. Totumsoft does not receive or store your payment details or your Google account information. The App only remembers, on your device, that the purchase was made, and can restore it from Google Play if you reinstall the App or use a new device (Settings → RESTORE PURCHASE). 6. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

7. Data security and retention

Because the App does not send personal data to us, we hold none. Data saved on your device stays on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Data processed by Google is subject to Google's own security and retention practices.

8. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may exercise your data-protection rights (such as access or deletion) regarding data processed by Google directly with Google. You can also withdraw ad consent at any time under Settings → PRIVACY OPTIONS.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
